Philip Chaffee
Philip has a unique background in single family redevelopments and speculative builds. Primarily focused on beach and waterfront homes, Philip is able to provide investors with a wholistic approach based on years of first hand experience.
Beginning his career as a laborer and heavy equipment operator he later was also able to work in all areas of construction and property management, giving him a well rounded perspective on the entire process. His passion for development projects was spurred on by an early introduction to construction. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, he worked to rezone and market a large tract of farmland into a full scale medical office complex.
Philip holds a BS in Agribusiness Management from Purdue University and an MBA in International Business from Florida Gulf Coast University. After graduating from FGCU he has gotten involved with various organizations in the community. He is a Big Brother through Big Brothers Big Sisters, a committee member for the Naples chapter of Ducks Unlimited and a member of Habitat NextGen. Additionally, he is a volunteer hunting and fishing guide for 10CAN Christian Adventure Network and a reserve officer in the Cajun Navy.
Beyond his involvement with real estate, Philip is an avid outdoorsman, growing up hunting and fishing in Indiana.
Since moving to Naples Phil spends time duck and alligator hunting instead. He also has his captain’s license and enjoys spending time on the water offshore fishing and spearfishing.
