Nate Johnson
Nate has been deeply connected with Southwest Florida and its growth for over the last decade. Once he officially moved in 2008 after marrying his wife who is a SWFL native, he immediately became involved in business and ministry in the community.
Although Nate officially started his professional career in real estate development and construction management while attending Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, his involvement in the industry began much earlier. Growing up with his father working in the construction industry, they’d frequently visit job sites together. Nate quickly learned that he thoroughly enjoyed the components of design and creation that go into real estate and development.
His commitment to communication and setting of clear expectations are aspects Nate takes pride in both personally and professionally. He believes that this combined with his strong team creates an unbeatable service experience. Nate strives to see the people and community around him flourish and thrive, and is dedicated to doing his part to aid this result.
Nate’s goal is to continue to grow a business that incorporates his personal values and is generous to the community it’s able to serve. He aspires to do so while leading his family and seeing his kids flourish.
